While rebranding the company at Firefish Branding, I discovered how the pandemic had drastically impacted their stakeholders—ice-cream hawkers and event planners—who once relied on tourists, CBD crowds, and physical events. Based on a survey of 65 students in Singapore, we discovered that 64.5% sleep less than 6 hours on a regular school day. The effects? Poor quality of sleep leading to lack of energy, difficulty focusing, and slowed cognitive function. Motivated by this pressing problem, my team and I asked ourselves: "How might we tackle the epidemic of sleep deprivation?"
